Items ordered at Adulttoyshome.com are typically processed within 2 BUSINESS DAYS after the order is placed. Therefore, orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday would be processed by Monday or Tuesday. And after that Delivery can take from 2-8 business days to arrive. WE CANNOT SHIP TO P.O.BOXES. WE NEED A PHYSICAL ADDRESS. Our primary shipper is FEDX. We will send out a tracking # once shipped if requested. Also clothing and shoes, DVD's not in stock take additional time to ship. Once shipping company takes control of your package we have no control,other than giving the customer a tracking # which you will have to contact your local office to make arrangements to get package if there was any type of problem with delivery.
International Shipping

How to Return an Item
Return Policy
There is a 10 day return policy on all items,and some items we are unable to accept returns on, with the following conditions:
Merchandise must be factory sealed to receive a refund or replacement
Opened items cannot be returned unless defective.
No returns on personal use products including all novelties unless defective.
Defective items will be replaced with the SAME item only.
Shipping charges are not refundable.
We do not pay for postage on returns.
Return Procedure
The following procedures must be followed or the return will be refused.
1. Include the original printed email or online invoice.
2. To obtain a refund for a non-defective product, you must return the product factory sealed.
3. You must obtain a "RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION (RMA)" Number From Adulttoyshome.com Before returning a product. We will not accept any returns without an RMA. The RMA number must be written on your return Package. Any products returned without an RMA# will be refused. Adulttoyshome.com IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY PRODUCT NOT RETURNED IN THE MANNER STATED ABOVE. SOME ITEMS ARE NON RETURNABLE OR REFUNDED TO NATURE OF ITEM.
